State Mission Management Unit (SMMU)
SRLM, Haryana has constituted SMMU at the state level, headed by a full-time Chief Executive Officer for three years who have joined the mission in September, 2012. The CEO is supported by a Project Director and a multidisciplinary SMMU team comprising of experts in Social Mobilization, Livelihoods, Skill Training Placement & Capacity Building, Micro- Finance, Marketing, Monitoring & Evaluation, HR & Administration, Accounts & Financial Management, MIS & IT and the Support Staff. Project Director, SPMs Livelihoods & Social Mobilization, Micro-Finance, Skill, Training, Placement & Capacity Building have already been selected from the market by constituting a Selection Committee. The post of Manager Finance & Accounts has been filled up by deputation from finance department. The sanctioned posts in SMMU are at Annexure-1.

District Mission Management Unit (DMMU)
The DMMU of the HSRLM would be responsible for implementing NRLM activities in the district. DMMU, is linked suitably with DRDA, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) being the District Mission Director, would be a facilitating and supporting the district unit for field operations. It would interface and forge convergence with District Administration and line departments, banks, NGOs and business agencies. A broad-based District Level Coordination Committee (DLCC), chaired by Deputy Commissioner, that includes representatives of the institutions of the poor and NGOs would review project activities and provide inputs for improving and developing subsequent plans. Block Mission Management Unit (BMMU)
BMMU at Block level would be led by a Block Programme Manager (BPM) who will be assisted by Cluster Coordinators/ Facilitators. The primary responsibilities of these block level field teams includes: identification of the poor through PRA, mobilizing all poor households into SHG fold; strengthening existing and new SHGs, identification of resource persons to be trained as CRPs, building VOs and other institutions of the poor at various levels; and building capacities of the poor, their institutions.
